The changes announced to the proxy server for this morning, Thu, 16 Dec, have been successfully completed.<\/p>\n

Please note that your firewall should now allow access for *.proxy.bnl.lu to ports 80 and 443 <\/strong>(see 101216 Proxy v6<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The problem below has been resolved.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

For certain products, a certificate error is received (ex: Dalloz).\u00a0 This problem will be resolved in the coming weeks but in the meantime, in order to access sites which use secure connections (Https) you must accept the certificate exception.\u00a0 In order to do this, please follow the instructions below depending on your browser.<\/p>\n

Internet Explorer<\/h3>\n

In Internet Explorer, you will receive a message stating that Internet Explorer has blocked a security certificate error.\u00a0 Simply click on the error message and then click on “Display Blocked Content”.<\/p>\n

Firefox<\/h3>\n

In Firefox, you will receive a screen entitled “This Connection is Untrusted”.<\/p>\n

Click on the arrow next to “I Understand the Risks”.<\/p>\n

Click on “Add Exception”.<\/p>\n

If you select “Permanently store this exception” then you only need to perform this procedure once. Click on “Confirm Security Exception”.<\/p>\n

Google Chrome<\/h3>\n

Please use another browser as Google Chrome does not provide an option to accept the certificate security exception.
