Participating libraries benefit from a range of services. These services are provided both within the framework of the consortium—bringing together several libraries—and through bilateral partnerships between each partner library and the National Library.

  • Requesting quotes from publishers and arranging trial access
  • Negotiating licenses with publishers until contracts are finalized
  • Organizing invoicing
  • Setting up technical access in cooperation with member libraries and publishers
  • Maintaining a website with up‑to‑date information about the consortium’s activities
  • Collecting, evaluating, and processing usage data
  • Providing a technical helpdesk for access‑related issues
  • Offering advice and support to member libraries on matters related to digital resources and electronic publications
  • Organizing training sessions on the electronic resources acquired for member libraries
  • Organizing workshops on current topics for member libraries
  • Exchanging information and cooperating with other consortia and libraries

All services are provided free of charge.
