Participating libraries benefit from a range of services. These services are provided both within the framework of the consortium—bringing together several libraries—and through bilateral partnerships between each partner library and the National Library.
- Requesting quotes from publishers and arranging trial access
- Negotiating licenses with publishers until contracts are finalized
- Organizing invoicing
- Setting up technical access in cooperation with member libraries and publishers
- Maintaining a website with up‑to‑date information about the consortium’s activities
- Collecting, evaluating, and processing usage data
- Providing a technical helpdesk for access‑related issues
- Offering advice and support to member libraries on matters related to digital resources and electronic publications
- Organizing training sessions on the electronic resources acquired for member libraries
- Organizing workshops on current topics for member libraries
- Exchanging information and cooperating with other consortia and libraries
All services are provided free of charge.
