Elsevier available again

For reasons which are still being investigated, our Elsevier access was cut, impacting the ScienceDirect, Sciverse and Scopus products. Access has been restored as of 14h today.

    I have flagged the issue with IEEE and checked the usual mailinglists. The problem is with IEEE’s servers, so there is nothing immediate I can do…

    If you wish to refresh IEEE Xplore, please do NOT use the indicated URL http://ieeexplore.ieee.org, but this one: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org.proxy.bnl.lu, otherwise you will not be recognised as a Consortium Luxembourg user.
