Fast Facts is a collection of ebooks to close knowledge gaps in healthcare enabling a dialogue between healthcare professionals, patients and other stakeholders from the healthcare ecosystem.

The ebooks cover over 100 medical topics from diabetes to rare conditions written by leading experts.

Trial access to CINAHL Complete

Consortium Luxembourg is pleased to announce that we are now offering a trial access to CINAHL Complete until 31 December 2022.

CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature) provided by Ebsco is a research tool for nursing and allied health professionals. With CINAHL Complete, users get fast and easy full-text access to top journals, evidence-based care sheets, quick lessons and more.

CINAHL Complete provides broad content coverage including 50 nursing specialties, speech and language pathology, nutrition, general health and medicine and more. CINAHL Subject Headings help users effectively search and retrieve information and follows the structureof the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) used by the National Library of Medicine.

Trial access to Library Stack

Consortium Luxembourg is happy to announce that you have now a trial access to the platform Library Stack until 31 December 2022.

Library Stack is a growing collection of digital publications from contemporary art, design, architecture and theory. It combines a bibliographic catalog, an eBook lending system and tools for teaching and research. 

LS collects numerous atypical media projects made by artists and designers, like periodicals, podcasts, fonts, software projects, or artists’ books. It also includes open-access books from publishers like Meson Press, L’Internationale Online, Archive Books, MUTE, Onestar Press, CCA Montreal and the Institute of Network Cultures among many others.

It also includes commercial eBooks from publishers like Strelka, Sternberg, e-flux, Inventory Press, Afterall, Repeater, Reaktion, Diaphanes, Art Resources Transfer and Aperture.

Create a user account for full lending access. Use the Bookshelf feature to save, organize, annotate and share groups of items.

Das Consortium Luxembourg bietet ab jetzt Zugang zum Lexikon des Mittelalters online, der elektronischen Version des 9-bändigen Standardwerks, das von 1977 bis 1999 erschienen ist.

Das Lexikon des Mittelalters deckt alle Bereiche der Mediävistik ab und beinhaltet Einträge zu Philosophie, Theologie, Wissenschafts-, Literatur- und Kunstgeschichte, genauso wie zu Politik, Sozial- und Wirtschaftsgeschichte und zu Alltagskultur, Lebens-, Wohn- und Arbeitsverhältnissen. Der geographische Rahmen umfasst Europa, den Nahen Osten und Nordafrika. Die Einträge behandeln den Zeitraum von der Spätantike bis etwa 1500.
